With yesterday's latest news that Kim Kardashian West is thinking her second child with wife Kanye West, we at FN immediately recalled her shoe fashion while pregnant with her daughter, East West.
While most mothers-to-be sport cozy flats or on-the-go runners, the star chose to keep her trademark designer heels while pregnant, many times sporting styles from Givenchy iPhone 6 Plus, Christian louboutin shoes and Giuseppe Zanotti.
West even Instagrammed some aftermath shot of Mrs. Western wearing her torturous shoes, captioning the photo, "Swollen feet no new iPhone 6 plus case Givenchy tattoo? "

Now, ready second child on the way, West's penchant for designer footwear is likely actually going anywhere. Luckily, the current bounce market has a number of sleek products that fit her style.
Tamara Mellon's strappy sandals would, no less, keep her safely strapped while. And a barely-there sandal, like solutions from Givenchy or Saint Laurent, did not restrict her swollen feet.
While we're all for staying faithful to your fashion identity, there's naught wrong with embracing the area — even if it's on the underhanded. (West could consider a pair of folded up ballet flats from Bagllerina, typically she could easily hide while her purse).
